In returning the registration form, the registrant agrees to accept the below Terms & Conditions.
Payment must be made prior to starting the workshop and webinar for CDE • CPD purposes.
Confirmation email will be sent to the registrant after the successful payment.
No refund will be accepted even the registrant is unable to attend the seminar and/or workshops which he/she has registered and paid the fees.
HKU Faculty of Dentistry do not allow registrant to transfer his/her registration to any person.
HKU Faculty of Dentistry will not be responsible for any incorrect personal details provided by a registrant.
HKU Faculty of Dentistry will not be responsible for any incorrect cheque amount or information.
HKU Faculty of Dentistry reserves the right to change any of its terms and conditions.
In case of any dispute, the HKU Faculty of Dentistry reserves the right to make the final decision.
If typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted, or a black rainstorm warning is issued on the day of the seminar/workshop, the seminar/workshop will be cancelled. Notification of the seminar and workshop cancellation will be sent to the participants through email.
